Photography Workshop



as stated above, Dinarshad Studio is organizing a workshop on the topic of composition and exposure as well as professional lighting series. It'll be a 2 days session, 1 day per topic. The purpose of that is, to give the participant more time to play, explore and experiment what they have learned on that day.

First come first serve basis, only 20 seats available.

Light refreshment will be served during the course.

Early bird discount, for those who registered before 1st of February, will get a rm50 off~!

Notes will be given for reference.

Certificate of attendance will be given to participants

Bring your own camera is compulsory for this workshop there will be more exercise compare to lecture. You can bring your own laptop if you want.

You can make a 50% payment deposit for place booking (rm150 for early birds and rm175 after 1hb February)

Module : Artificial Lighting - Electronic Flash


Foundational Objectives
• To develop skills related to the use of photographic equipment.
• To practise good photographic techniques.

Common Essential Learnings Foundational Objectives
• To explain the operation of a synchronic electronic flash.
• To develop students' abilities to access and apply knowledge in the use of photography equipment.



Module : Controlling Composition and Exposure


Foundational Objectives
• To develop an appreciation for photography as an art form.
• To develop skills related to the use of photographic equipment.
• To practise good photographic techniques.
• To understand the properties of light and how those properties affect image production.

Common Essential Learnings Foundational Objectives
• To identify lenses and their operating characteristics.
• To develop students' abilities to meet their own learning needs.
• To explain lens applications for particular situations.
• To explore the concept of visualizing and composing an image before it is exposed on film.
